Ice Baths! I know what you're thinking, "I'm not getting in that freezing water!!You're crazy!"

I know, I know, trust me I said that at first too! So what IS the buy in with cold exposure therapy, cold water training, cold plunges, the Wim Hof Method, etc.

Well let me share with you what I've learned through my own studies and experiences and you can let me know your thoughts afterwards, are you curious? Sure you are... or you wouldn't be reading this ;).

There are so many reported benefits of cold exposure whether it be ice baths, cold showers, putting your limbs in cold water or training in cold weather.



Talking about ice baths in particular, here are a few benefits I've collected.
